Pleased to meet You - Enchantée!

🥀
Born and raised in France,
I moved to the UK almost 15 years ago.
In the years leading up to that move, I was trying to navigate tremendous grief and loss, merely surviving. I had been trying to make sense of death until one day, I realised that I needed to make sense of life instead.
And on that day, I decided that a change of scenery would be more than useful to fuel that new spark.
🧳
I relocated to London and remained, for a decade, in what I used to call my bubble of protection: shutting myself off from the external world and any possible connections with others. I simply wanted to preserve my inner peace and emotional stability.
Then, I realised that the walls I created were neither a protection nor true healing. If I ever wanted to feel alive, I needed to deconstruct who I was, uncover my true self and rebuild my life according to my newfound identity and values.
The work had to start from within.
I was a gifted child; high potential, curious, quiet, and hyperindependent. But being placed in a box did not help me flourish. I could never see a path forward that truly fit me. I wanted more than a career. I wanted a life that felt real, purposeful, and deeply fulfilling.
📚 🎓 🧠
I have always known that my brain worked a little differently, "gifted, mildly autistic"... I got confirmation very late in my adult life. I wasn't interested in adding another label to what could be perceived as my identity.
But little did I know; it gave me more confidence, self-awareness and acceptance, along with some much-needed perspective on my past behaviours and thought process. I could finally understand what stimulates or drains me.
Another step towards owning my true self.
💡
I kept pushing myself out of my comfort zone: experiencing challenges, navigating new situations, exploring new emotions, and enriching my life every day. I was growing into myself. I transitioned from directing human resources to life coaching. Acquiring the knowledge, tools, training, and expertise to keep growing and positively impact people’s lives.
There are many, many ways to do so - chatting five minutes with someone on a train, working in healthcare, being part of a charity, or simply being good to people around us.
I chose my way, and that was it.
I trained to become a Life & Success Coach because I wanted to help people feel heard, seen, understood, and free. I wanted to break away from rigid clinical approaches, and instead support people as humans - complex, layered, and full of potential.

Healing and self-exploration are lifelong experiences, of which I could see the achievements and milestones every day. I was coaching others and myself! I stopped running away from my feelings and embraced my spiralling thoughts, dancing with my mind until we together decided to sit down, at peace, feeling heard, seen, and embraced.
I ultimately joined an amazing organisation, providing coaching to incarcerated people, prison staff and recently released individuals. There I was, feeling fulfilled, sharing with people in need of a reconnection with themselves.
Inside prison walls, I have coached people through deep transformation, navigating difficult life transitions, and profound emotional disconnection. I have seen people rediscover their voice, their vision, and their sense of possibility.
I have seen what happens when someone believes in themself, sometimes for the very first time.
🌿
And here we were, adjusting their vision, uncovering the answers they needed to reclaim their story, their future; instilling that hope and drive for happiness, success, and peace.
Was I done? - not at all.
To keep growing, you need to keep aiming higher, trying to do better. Back in the study room to own that knowledge I was once reluctant to gain; to be better, for me, for them, and anyone who would trust and invite me into their journeys.
I returned to study once more, this time to deepen my therapeutic training and be qualified to support those exploring neurodivergence: ADHD, autism, or high intellectual potential.

“Can you please briefly introduce yourself?”
I used to experience a profound discomfort at these words...I never knew where to start - or what was relevant enough to share, depending on the context.
Poetic enigmatic answer:
I am a Pathfinder.
Less poetic, but more direct:
I am a Holistic Therapeutic Coach. I specialise in Emotional and Cognitive Wellbeing.
I am, of course, trauma-informed -since we all carry traumas we need to address when we decide it is time to heal and grow.
My approach blends evidence-based techniques with intuitive care. Because healing and growth are not one-size-fits-all - and neither are you.
You are the Hero of your Story…but not only: you get to be the Author, too.
So, let’s create something great with that Pen ✍️
