Support for any two people wanting to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen their connection. Duos can include young people aged 14-17, where one participant is a parent or guardian.

• Individual sessions are 45 minutes.

• Joint sessions are 80 minutes, allowing sufficient space for relational exploration and skill-building.

• The initial Chemistry Call is 1 hour, complimentary, and includes both partners.

​

 ✦ All 1:2 programmes include a relational assessment: completed individually by each person before your first joint session, and a free reassessment towards the end of your programme to make your progress visible and measurable.

• Romantic partners complete the Gottman Relationship Checkup™, developed by The Gottman Institute

• All other duos -family, friendship, or social bonds- complete The Connection Compass®; a bespoke assessment designed specifically for this practice

Programme Options & Structure:​

    🟢 Core - 12 sessions

• £1,860 (full or 3 instalments)

• 4 individual sessions | 1 with each partner at the start, 1 with each partner towards the end

• 8 joint sessions

• duration: 2 to 3 months

    🔵  Signature - 16 sessions

• £2,460 (full or 3 instalments)

• 6 individual sessions | 2 at the start, 2 flexible mid-programme, 2 towards the end

• 10 joint sessions 

• duration: 3 to 4 months

 ✦ Starting on a weekly basis, sessions are gradually spaced further apart as your relationship strengthens - giving you space to build confidence in your new skills and ensuring you are equipped to maintain your progress independently.​​

• Joint sessions focus on communication, emotional connection, and developing new ways of relating

• Integrating both individual and shared work deepens understanding and creates more lasting relational change

For those wishing to continue after completing their programme - whether to deepen the work, maintain momentum, or navigate a new chapter together - both individual and joint continuation programmes are available. This can be discussed during your Consistency Call.
