🧩 My Story

I am a Pathfinder.

More directly: I am a Therapeutic Coach, specialising in emotional and cognitive wellbeing, with a focus on neurodiversity and relational dynamics.

But to understand why this work matters to me, you need to know where it all began...

🌿 The Beginning

Born and raised in France, I moved to the UK almost fifteen years ago - not out of ambition, but out of necessity.

In the years before that move, I was navigating tremendous grief and loss, barely surviving. I had spent years trying to make sense of death, until the day I realised I needed to make sense of life instead.

That was the turning point. A change of scenery felt like the only way to fuel that new spark.

🧳 The Bubble

I relocated to London and stayed, for nearly a decade, in what I called my bubble of protection; shutting myself off from the world and from any real connection with others. I simply wanted to preserve what little inner peace I had.

Then I realised the walls I had built were not protection. They were just a quieter kind of pain.

If I ever wanted to feel alive, I needed to deconstruct who I was, uncover my true self, and rebuild my life around my real values and identity.

The work had to start from within.

🧠 A Different Kind of Mind

I was a gifted child; high-potential, curious, quiet, and fiercely independent. But being placed in a box did not help me flourish. I didn't want a career. I wanted a life that felt real.

Even then, I had a deep curiosity about human behaviour, emotional patterns, and the invisible dynamics shaping how we relate to ourselves and to others.

I have always known my brain worked a little differently. The confirmation came late: "gifted, mildly autistic", and at first, I wasn't interested in adding another label to my identity.

But that confirmation gave me something unexpected: confidence, self-awareness, and a long-overdue perspective on my own patterns. I could finally understand what stimulates me and what drains me.

Another step toward becoming someone I could actually recognise.

💡 Choosing a Direction

I kept pushing myself: new challenges, new situations, new emotions.

I was growing into myself.

I transitioned from directing human resources to life coaching, acquiring the knowledge, tools, and training to keep growing and to positively impact others.

There are many ways to make a difference.

I chose mine.

I trained as a Life & Success Coach because I wanted to help people feel heard, seen, understood, and free. I wanted to move away from rigid clinical approaches and support people as humans - complex, layered, and full of potential.

Healing and self-exploration became lifelong companions. I was coaching others and myself. I stopped running from my feelings and learned to sit with my spiralling thoughts…dancing with my mind until we decided, together, to be still.

🔒 Inside the Walls

I ultimately joined an extraordinary organisation, delivering coaching to incarcerated individuals, prison staff, and recently released people.

Inside prison walls, I coached people through profound transformation; through difficult life transitions, deep emotional disconnection, and years of unheard stories. I watched people rediscover their voice, their vision, and their sense of possibility.

I have seen what happens when someone believes in themselves…

sometimes for the very first time.

That is not something you forget.

📚 Going Deeper

To keep growing, you need to keep reaching. So I returned to study - deepening my therapeutic training and qualifying to support those exploring neurodivergence: mainly ADHD, autism, and high intellectual potential.

This was not only a professional step. It was a deeply personal one. Having recognised my own neurodivergent traits late in life, I understood first-hand how often these differences are misunderstood, overlooked, or reduced to a label.

The more I worked with people, the more I noticed something: the struggles they carried rarely existed in isolation. They lived inside relationships: partnerships, families, emotional bonds that either held people up or quietly pulled them under.

That realisation led me to further training in couples and relationship coaching. Whether in neurodiverse or neurotypical relationships, the core human experiences are often the same: misunderstanding, unmet needs, and the difficulty of navigating emotional worlds that feel very different from our own.

My work does not focus on labels; it focuses on people and their relationships.

I help partners rebuild emotional safety, develop healthier ways of relating, and transform conflict into deeper understanding.

This is the work I do: with individuals finding their way back to themselves, with couples rebuilding what matters, and with minds that have spent too long being misunderstood.

🪷 And Here We Are

"Can you briefly introduce yourself?"

I used to feel a profound discomfort at those words. I never knew where to start.

Now I do.

I am a Pathfinder. A Therapeutic Coach, trauma-informed, and genuinely curious about what makes each person vibrate and shine. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with intuitive care. Because healing is not one-size-fits-all, and neither are you.

You are the Hero of your story. But not only that; you get to be the Author, too.

So let's create something with that pen. ✍️

If your path is currently filled with questions, I would be honoured to walk part of it with you.
